How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Tipdeveloped Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Tipdeveloped Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Tipdeveloped Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@tipdeveloped.garden and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like from us

After You Write

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
